SDA wins commission for Saccary House in the Ribble Valley

SDA Architecture have recently received private commission to redevelop Saccary House. Saccary House, is a detached period stone farmhouse, located on the desirable Saccary Lane the property comprises to the ground floor of 4 reception rooms, one being a large living room, featuring exposed beams, open fireplaces and large windows, a kitchen and also a separate utility and boiler room with a south facing conservatory that allows the views to be taken in. The property has 3 double bedrooms, a house bathroom, shower room and study to the first floor. Set within 1.1 acres of land with patio areas and 3 timber outbuildings. External to the property there is one substantial workshop and potting shed, one a machinery store and the other a large summer house.

SDA have been commissioned to redesign the interior floors to the client bespoke requirements and reinvent the exterior of the building that will involve new rear oak and stone extension, front aluminium entrance atrium, new large feature openings to master bedroom and kitchen and new exterior hardscape design. The project is projected to be completed in summer 2016.
